DINE WITH ME

"Dine With Me" is an installation by Maayan Sophia Weisstub which was exhibited in September-October 2022 at the POUM Gallery in Lyon, France.
​
POUM, which opened in 2021 in the heart of Lyon, is a non-profit organisation that strives to present contemporary art. Dine with me took place during the 16th Biennial of Lyon and was a part of the Resonance project.
The exhibition is supported by Outset Contemporary Art Fund.

ANTI-BODY
FRANCE, 2018
Curation and Production: Monica Hom and Yael Gelman
“Anti-body” took place at Glassbox exhibition space presenting four artists from Los Angeles, New York and Paris. Through the works of the different artists, the project explores human relationship with the Internet and technology.
The four artists share similar practices regarding technology while producing works through different mediums with diverse artistic identities and aesthetics. The works ranged from a photo installation by Signe Pierce, showcasing highly-saturated, hyperreal worlds, a large-scale digitized print by Liliana Farber, a video installation by Justine Emard and a projected real-time piece by Philip Rugo, visualizing and interpreting image consumption.

SASHA NASSAR at Amastan Hotel

Sasha Nassar is a fashion designer who developed a collection made from keffiyeh, a traditional Palestinian fabric that the designer herself sourced explicitly from the last remaining factory to produce it in Bethlehem.
​
The exhibition took place at the white box of Hotel Amastan, presenting her collection. For opening event, Sasha collaborated with the dancer Lucile Moulin who composed a performance with one of the collection’s pieces.

Lidewij Edelkoort Zow Trend Forum

“Artisan Atelier” is a project which was commissioned by Li Edelkoort for the ZOW fair in Bad Salzuflen, Germany, a producers and suppliers fair for the furniture and interior design industry.
A trend book and a trend forum was created for the visitors to give guidelines and inspiration for the development of new materials.

NEW LOVE

The “New Love” group exhibition was one of many fashion events and exhibitions that took place during the Israeli Fashion Week in Holon, Israel (2013).
​
"New Love" gathered artists, artisans, photographers and designers who gave their interpretations to the exhibition title.

THREADS
ISRAEL, 2013

“Threads” was commissioned by The museum of the history of Jerusalem, The Tower of David.
Curated by Tamar Karavan, “Threads” gathered ten Israeli fashion designers to imagine and create a dress inspired by ten women in the history of Jerusalem. Worn by a well-known woman, the dresses were photographed by Karavan in different sites throughout the city in historical context.
The dresses were exposed alongside the photographs.
